What people who have been through it say

Great experience with this company. They responded quickly and did what they said they would do. Yudier was very informative and showed us the completed work.

The team at ELR and Mold Hunter did an incredible job of identifying the leak in our roof and repairing it with minimal interruption to our home. This required completely removing and replacing the ceiling in our Guest Bathroom. It looks phenomenal now and we are very appreciative of the professionalism and care that Eric, Yudier and their teams showed.

Eric and his team were very professional, took their time and made sure they did a great job. I appreciated how thorough they were with their inspection of my mold issue and provided a variety of options of what steps to take. Eric was patient and happy to provide information and answer any questions I had without ever being pushy about which direction to go. When I said I was going to get a 2nd quote for one of the issues, I was encouraged to do so. All the restoration work was completed in a timely manner and kept everything incredibly clean in the process.

Took care of an issue that I had and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Will recommend them to anyone.

Eric has been an outstanding contractor throughout this entire process. He has been extremely professional, informative, and supportive every step of the way. He has consistently provided solutions during challenging moments when we felt overwhelmed and ready to give up. I have not had to deal directly with the Building Department because Eric has handled everything on our behalf. His knowledge, dedication, and commitment have made this process much smoother and far less stressful than it could have been. Eric has always been responsive, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that issues were resolved properly and efficiently. His expertise and guidance have given us confidence throughout the project, and we truly appreciate all of his hard work and perseverance. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional contractor. He has exceeded our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for us.

ELR was extremely professional, they assisted me with plumbing, installation of a dryer vent and a closet, I was very pleased with their work, they cleaned up every step of the way. Thank you so much!!!!!

He was on time, not just that but he does his job very diligently, he knows his job and he fast at what he does. I will definitely hire him and recommend him to my family and friends

ELR was one of the most responsive and professional service teams I have ever worked with. Every step clear, PM visiting on site as work being done. Every change discussed before being done. Professional workers who were polite, respectful, and did great work. Covered floor so keep things clean as they worked. It was clear they thought through everything and the work shows it. Crisp. Very well done. Couldn't be happier. I know my first call the next time I need work.
