Water damage restoration in Orlando

Extraction, structural drying and dehumidification after floods, burst pipes or slow leaks.

Mold starts growing 24 to 48 hours after the water arrives.

Why it is urgent

What is happening in your property right now

A burst pipe, a failed water heater or a flood leaves water you cannot see: it runs under the flooring, inside the walls and into the ceiling insulation.

The surface dries on its own within hours and gives the false impression that the problem is over. The trapped moisture is still there, and within 24 to 48 hours mold begins to grow.

Acting in those first hours is what decides whether this is a drying job or a full rebuild.

What it includes

The work, step by step

No fine print: this is exactly what we do, and in what order.

  1. Stop the source

We shut off the water at its origin and secure the area so the damage stops spreading.

  2. Water extraction

High-volume extraction equipment pulls standing water out of floors, carpet and crawl spaces.

  3. Moisture mapping

Meters and a thermal camera locate moisture inside walls and under flooring, where you cannot see it.

  4. Structural drying

Dehumidifiers and high-velocity air movers placed according to the real moisture load of the space.

  5. Daily monitoring

We log readings every day until materials return to normal levels. That log is what backs up your claim.

  6. Repair and rebuild

We put back drywall, flooring and paint, and leave the room finished.

Water damage restoration

Why us

Why choose us for water damage

  • We document with daily moisture readings — the evidence your insurance carrier needs in order to approve the work.

  • We dry it and we rebuild it — one company from start to finish.

  • If mold shows up during drying, we treat it without stopping the job.

  • We live and work in this community. We are not a national franchise dispatching a crew from another state.

Warranty

What we stand behind in writing

  • Interior repairs

    1 year

  • Roofing work

    20 years

It covers our workmanship. Materials additionally carry their manufacturer's warranty, which is handed over with the job.

It does not cover new damage. If a problem shows up later from another cause — another storm, another leak, lack of maintenance, or work done by somebody else — that is a separate loss and gets handled as one.

The term that applies to your job is put in writing in the service agreement before work starts.

Before
The same bedroom with the carpet removed down to the slab, a flood cut in the drywall and a dehumidifier running
After

A slab leak wetting the room from below

A leak in the supply line under the concrete slab pushed moisture up into the carpet, with no visible drip anywhere. The flooring came out, a flood cut opened the drywall, and the slab and wall cavity were dried with dehumidification.

Frequently asked

What people ask us most

If your question is not here, call us and we will answer it on the phone, no obligation.

How long does drying a house take?

Most residential jobs take 3 to 5 days. It depends on the affected material, the volume of water and the ambient humidity. We give you an estimate the same day we inspect, and confirm it with the daily readings.

Does my insurance cover water damage?

Florida policies usually cover sudden and accidental damage, like a pipe that bursts. Gradual deterioration from lack of maintenance normally is not covered. We document the cause with dated photos and moisture readings — that is what your adjuster uses to decide coverage.

Can I just dry it myself with fans?

A household fan moves air, but it does not remove humidity from the room or from inside the walls. Without real dehumidification the water stays in the material and mold appears anyway. And without a log of readings, your carrier may deny the claim.

Do I have to move out of my house?

In most cases, no. We isolate the affected area and work zone by zone. If the damage compromises the electrical system or there is sewage contamination, we tell you straight on day one.
